My account

From the My Account option you can manage your Data, Homes and Security of the app.

My data

In this section you will find your account registration data: Name, Surname, Email and the Language you prefer to use (English, Spanish, Portuguese). Remember that it is not possible to edit the registered email. If you want to change email in the app, you must delete the account and create it again.

My Homes

From the Yale Connect video app you can manage different homes in different time zones for your devices. You will be able to edit and delete the configuration of your Homes.

Important: It is necessary to configure the Time Zone of your Home so that alarms, recordings, and notifications are registered according to your country and the corresponding time zone.

Security

Change password: Press this button if you need to change the current password for your Yale Connect video account. You will need to enter your current password and the new password of your choice. Then the application will ask you to log in again with the new credentials.

Enable lock: Press this button if you want to enable / disable the access lock to the Yale Connect Video app on your device. You will need to enter a numeric PIN between 4 and 8 digits. This function allows you to register a PIN code that will be required each time you want to access the Yale Connect video app from your mobile device.

Log out: Press this button if you want to log out of the Yale Connect video app on your device. You can also access this function from Menu / Logout.

Delete account: Press this button if you want to delete your Yale Connect account.
